I expected it to take a lot longer, but nope, my issue was sorted so quickly. I was sitting there thinking, “Okay, that was easier than I thought.” Really happy with how smooth it all was.

I shop at Superdrug quite a bit, but recently it feels like a lot of the things I’m after are either out of stock online or not available in my local store. I can’t say if it’s the same everywhere, and maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but it’s happened enough times to be frustrating. The worst is when the website says there’s limited stock, so I make the trip, and then there’s nothing there. Prices are generally fine, but the stock situation could definitely be better

I’ve ordered from Superdrug a few times now everything has been solid. I’ve bought skincare, vitamins and a few hair products, and it’s all turned up as expected with nothing damaged or looking off. I was also quite surprised by some of the own brand stuff, as it’s been better than I thought it would be.
The prices feel fair for the quality, and the products don’t have that cheap feel to them. I’ve never had anything arrive in bad condition or seem poor quality, so I’d happily order again. If you’re thinking about trying them, I’d say they’re worth a look

I ordered a few shampoo bits and some vitamins from Superdrug, everything arrived in great shape. The box was a sensible size, so nothing was rolling around inside, and the lids were taped up properly. No leaks, no damage, and it all looked neat when it turned up. Really happy with the order, so it’s 5 stars from me.

Not gonna lie, some of the deals are good, but others feel a bit overpriced. It really depends on what you’re looking for.

Popped in to grab a few bits and it was mostly alright. One of the ladies there was really helpful with this and that, which I appreciated, but another staff member seemed a bit rushed and not too bothered. It wasn’t a bad visit or anything, just felt like it could’ve been a bit more welcoming.
